Katrina is a third year Ph.D student at University of Colorado Colorado Springs pursuing a doctoral degree in computer science.
Katrina Rosemond is a third year Ph.D. computer science student at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She is currently a research assistant in the Embedded Systems Security Lab (ESSL) with Dr. Gedare Bloom. Her research interests include cyber-physical systems (CPS) and critical infrastructure security, including automotive cybersecurity. Earning her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, magna cum laude, from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, Katrina has a strong passion for hardware and software, which she uses to help secure low-level automotive networks like the Controller Area Network. Katrina has interned with multiple companies and government agencies. Most recently, she interned with Ford Motor Company, and, this summer, she will be interning with John Deere.
