Emily Felton
Emily is has over 13 years of experience working for Kimley-Horn. She has worked in the Dallas, Denver and Fort Collins offices, and now leads the local Fort Collins office. Emily is a Project Manager with experience working with public agencies and a variety of Clients.
Her background includes a variety of projects encompassing public works, traffic signal design, traffic studies, parking studies, roadway design, pedestrian and bike improvements, public outreach, stormwater management, erosion control.
Emily sits on the Fort Collins transportation board locally, and helped Co-Found the WTS chapter in Northern Colorado for WTS. Emily works on a vast array of unique and challenging projects across various disciplines throughout the Front Range and into the Rockies.
Emily’s ability to manage tough projects, actively involve communities for participation and maintain consistent high-quality and timely deliverables makes her an invaluable member of any. Her communication and coordination are why clients continue to come back to her and appreciate the product she delivers. Emily runs the local office and is committed to helping improve Northing Colorado’s safety and infrastructure one project at a time!
