Jessica Allen

Jessica Allen is a second-year graduate student in the Master of Urban and Regional Planning program at the University of Colorado Denver. While in the program, Jessica has served on the WTS Colorado Student Chapter Leadership Team as the Educational Opportunities Coordinator. As part of her position, she has helped the Student Chapter plan several professional development and educational opportunities for students interested in transportation careers. She has really enjoyed her time participating in the Student Chapter and hopes students continue to stay involved.

Jessica also currently works part-time for the City and County of Denver within the Community Planning and Development department. Prior to moving to Denver to attend graduate school, she worked in public health as a Health Educator for the CDC Foundation. Following graduation, she plans on blending her experiences in public health and urban planning to improve the health outcomes of communities through transportation planning.
