Lia Graklanoff is a Utility Engineer at Lochner, where she has contributed for the past four years to delivering transportation projects through comprehensive utility coordination from design through construction. She partners with municipalities and state agencies to ensure utilities are seamlessly integrated into infrastructure improvements, supporting efficient and resilient solutions.
Lia’s journey into engineering reflects her perseverance and dedication, working throughout college to support herself and earn her degree. That determination shapes her approach today, bringing resilience, practicality, and a problem-solving mindset to every project.

An active member of WTS Colorado for six years, Lia currently serves as the Membership and Recognitions Committee Chair, leading initiatives that foster engagement, elevate industry achievements, and create opportunities for women in transportation. She is dedicated to strengthening the community through collaboration and championing inspiring leaders—both current and future.
