Lia Graklanoff is a Utility Engineer at Lochner, where she has contributed for the past four years to delivering transportation projects through comprehensive utility coordination from design through construction. She partners with municipalities and state agencies to ensure utilities are seamlessly integrated into infrastructure improvements, supporting efficient and resilient solutions.
